Dragon-lili Tortilla with Sergestid Shrimp and Tuna
Organic Dragon-lili, Chicken egg, Canned tuna, Sergestid Shrimp, Cream
Remove the root of the Dragon-lili, rinse with fresh water to remove dirt or unwanted part. Cut into small, suitable size. Soaked in fresh water for later use.
Add cream into beaten chicken egg and then whipped.
Add Dragon-lili prepared in step 1, canned tuna, and sergestid shrimp and then mix.
Fry until the surface becomes golden, put into oven and heat up until fully cooked.
